Hello: I have a ZN202 powering my Beaver RX550, I am a low hour pilot, but so far so good. The 202 has a clutch in its drive system so at low idle the prop dosen't turn. Lots of power, take off about 100 ft. The folks at compact radial engines, where these engines are built are GREAT, and maybe even better than that.

Does anyone know if it has as much power as the 582? It has more cubic centimeters so it should have the torque. I like the weight of it and physical size,it would fit nice in the Skyraider that Im building. HP

Kculver. I myself own a RX 550 and thinking about changing my older Rotax 503
do you got a inverted engine mount? compare to a 503, 582 what are your
observations? would you advise the MZ202 as a replacement for a 582?

The engine is mounted inverted, bing carbs., primer system for cold starts. I have had no problems with the engine so far (however still low hours) like the prop clutch.
