Hi Jason. Yep, I know your brother Mike, comes in to the shop here for supplies. There is a grass strip just east of Roseville. The owner, Monty Oakes is a good fellow. When I kept my plane there, it was $150/year. He is not interested in making money off people keeping planes there, just enough to cover maintenence - grass cutting etc.....
