Shipping & Delivery
- UPAC makes every effort to ship your mechandise as quickly as possible. However there may be times when we may be out of stock or currently printing new books. In those cases we will ship as soon as we recieve apple stock to fufill your order. Genrally we ship via Canada Post as they are the most reasonable in cost. If you require faster or special requests shipping please select flat-rate shipping and fill in some details in the comments box and we will contact you for more information.
Returns & Replacements
- UPAC will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with any of our products. If you have any issue with a product please contact us at email@example.com and we will make things right. If you wish to return a product please contact us for instructions. Return shipping will at your own cost. UPAC will not reimburse shipping costs.
- If you have trouble with ordering our products online please call us at 519 684-7686 to make a phone order. We make every effort to make sure our online ordering system is up to date and compatible however there are times where some internet browsers may not be fully compatible with our store technology. We make no guarantees that every browser will work with the site. Generally most work however if you are on a Windows computer with Internet Explorer 6 or earlier you may have trouble. Please upgrade your Internet Explorer to the latest version (8 as of this writing) or consider Firefox from www.mozilla.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Every effort is made to assure that pricing displayed is accurate and current. UPAC may from time to time provide pricing promotions and discount. These promotions are time-limited and we reserve the right to refuse orders past any promotional date.
- Any customer who has ordered from UPAC.ca may view their current and past order by logging into the UPAC store. Items put into your shopping cart will remain intact for 30 days. After which time the system will automatically purge the shopping cart.
Updating Account Information
- It is the customer's responsibility to keep your account information current. UPAC may contact you directly if there is any problem with your order. We can only ship to verified billing addresses from credit card orders. We are sorry but this is a requirement by the banks. If you wish to have us ship your order to another location please contact your credit card company and add this address to your account for verification purposes.
